Quick and techs are always polite and clean
I can't give them any Stars yet one way back r the other because I haven't used the yet. I've been looking around because I need my windshield replaced ASAP I just came across. s these guys but they only have 3stars I read the comments and most where good I can only find a few bad ones.so what's thedeal with the3stars ???
Booked an appt with another company but was very unhappy about the expense of replacing my windshield- JUST under our insurance deductible. Grrr. Anyway, after searching other options, I tried the online quote for Arrow and was relieved to see half the price. In spite of it being Sunday, I received a call back within an hour, and the lady (I am sorry to not have her name) was so nice and helpful. Terrible. My son got a windshield, I paid 150, leaving 36 for him to pay. Company ran my card for the full balance without permission, contacting me, or anything. It's too late to call as they closed. But they will be hearing from me and my lawyer tomorrow morning!
