I was late meeting the technician, Todd, yet he was super understanding and very patient,even tho I probably messed up his whole day!! ... He was thorough, knowledgeable , and efficient in putting a new windshield in my car. It looks absolutely fantastic!!! When calling to schedule the appointment, it was quick to reach an agent to help me, the appointment was within a day or 2. Very fast and efficient. They sent the wrong windshield the first time and were quick to rectify the situation with the right glass. Would definitely recommend

I was slated for one of the later appointments which is fine. What isn’t fine is that when I went to drive for the first time since getting my windshield replaced I noticed glass fines all over my dash and more particularly over my two vents. I also noticed black specks on my seats which were foam-like. Finally, my car starter was dangling from the mirror.
