ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called Tuesday to get a Thursday appointment. I was very clear my car had to be done by Friday. Thursday I was called and was notified that the van had broken down and they would send someone out Friday. Crappy, but fine. I made the appoint to for Thursday to give a day buffer in case anything went wrong. You'd think they'd get another vehicle since they are a large company. Could maybe move one around or anything? NOPE. Friday comes, I call at noon asking why the hasn't called me yet.... read more
