Very disappointing experience with Arrow Glass through my State Farm referral. I contacted my insurance office regarding a rear window that shattered during cold weather. I was specifically informed that a repair company would handle the replacement without opening a formal claim or requiring me to pay a deductible. Easy, prompt, and smooth process from start to completion.
Called Arrow for a price quote on my Toyota sienna windshield after a recommendation from a friend, and the lady who picked up Was very courteous and helpful , and quoted me and scheduled me for the following Wednesday. Tech showed up on time as promised, communicating well with me about timing, and changed glass within a couple hours. Very clean and professional. I highly recommend this business and if needed, hopefully not, will use them again in the future. Keep up the good work Arrow Auto Glass.
