I wish I could give 10 stars! The passenger side front window exploded on Thursday evening while a bad thunderstorm was approaching. Despite my attempt to protect my vehicle with a garbage bag ductaped to the door, rain still managed to flood my vehicle. I called Steve afterhours and he not only picked up the phone but was able to order a new window and have it get installed by Saturday first thing in the morning. Once upon a time, replacing your vehicle’s windshield was fairly simple. New technology requires a more sophisticated team. Arrow was qualified to troubleshoot and solve my issue. Tony in particular was a rockstar.
