Once upon a time, replacing your vehicle’s windshield was fairly simple. New technology requires a more sophisticated team. Arrow was qualified to troubleshoot and solve my issue. Tony in particular was a rockstar.
Got scheduled Arrow Auto Glass to have my windshield replaced. The communication from them to me including the tech was excellent! The tech, Julio was very professional and is skilled in his craft. Thank you Arrow!
Terrible customer service. I just tried to call to have my windshield replaced, but after the rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional women I spoke with I will go elsewhere. It is clear that there is no lack of business and have the attitude that they can treat the customer however they want, if they do not like it take a walk.
