Horrible experience. Arranged for installation in a two hour window at office. Installer called to arrange time the morning of the appointment after big snowstorm. Asked installer if the appointment could be changed to our home and installer said no. Okay. So we told him that we would call back and confirm that we could go to the office. Called back and installer said that he could no longer come, had scheduled another appointment and that we must go to his shop. Installer had a bad attitude. horrible experience. got a quote through website, then the local branch emailed me with an even better price, and an appointment for tuesday. confirmed and waited for time. was then told there is no more room on tuesday, and if they can come wednesday. i said no, i need it done tuesday, they say ok, they can fit me in. then call me tuesday morning and tell me they broke the new glass for my truck and ask again if they can come again on wednesday. installer that called me to tell me he coulnt make it had an attitude. would ne... read more
