Bill came today to repair the back windshield and a window and he absolutely made my day. He was super professional, understanding, and extremely friendly. He talked me through what he was doing and went above and beyond what I ever expected. Not to mention the whole repair was done the day following when I called (which was a Sunday) and in just a couple of hours. Worst Customer Service ive ever see. They came to my house with the wrong windshield after waiting a week, then had the nerve to tell me now i have to wait 3 more days for another windshield and that was it, maybe if they were more professional about it and talked to me about the inconvenience more thoroughly, instead they just made it my problem , and to top it off along with the new windshield they told me that comes in 3 days, also raised the price another $40 , Wouldnt you think for their mistake and inconvenience they w... read more
