My pup was involved in a fight and had a puncture wound and other injuries and was actively bleeding. Arrow was amazing, they got me right in and took good care of our girl. This was quite the contrast to Blue Pearl - I first took her to Blue Pearl ‘emergency’ in Renton and was basically turned away - they said ‘not life threatening’ and that the wait would be hours. Really nice people. I was worried about my dog the day before her appointment at another veterinary office and they offered to check my dogs vitals to give me some peace of mind through the night.
they were awesome, super kind. got things done in a timely manner
Great staff and was very helpful. Everyone truly cared for our puppies as we rushed in due to an urgent care concern. Highly recommend them.
