I came in with my 12 week old Pitbull bleeding from an attack, they refused to see us or help and the tech was so rude!! We got better care elsewhere!! Another time they put my 4 pound sick dog through a blood draw before asking and then told me $400!! These people care only about making money they have no care the animals!!!!
Arrow has taken care of 5 of our variously tempered cats for years. Through each of them growing older and the unfortunate passing of 4 as of recently, they've been no short of amazing & wonderful! Thank you for grace & professionalism...
