Since the new ownership transfer the customer service and quality of care for patients is terrible. When I first started coming to this facility the workers were very sweet and always took care of their clients. Now you barely get a smile and they do not care to truly service their clients. Kindness comes a long way!

I am so very grateful Arrow Alternative exist. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. The service is quick, well managed and discreet. This is a fantastic facility and I couldn’t be happier with their products and product availability.
