Badddd customer service…I do not recommend
These guys are an absolute shit show: my landlord called them out to deal with a condensation issue on some duct work (secondary problem) and because we had a problem with our second floor unit cooling the upstairs. The tech who showed up did a god-awful job on the duct work (see photos) and told us “you’re probably just going to have to deal with it” on our issue with the second floor unit and that he was “only allowed to do what was in the work order” and did not even go upstairs to see what was going on. Don’t bother with this company. They are so understaffed that you won’t get anything fixed within 2 weeks of calling. Poor communication- had to call every other day to get updates and was never called proactively with updates. Pulling teeth. Choose a different company please and save yourself the headache.
PLEASE STAY AWAY!! This company is by far one of the worst, I reached out to my home warranty company ORP and the dispatched the service call out to them when I tell u Google could have gotten me farther than them. The sent someone out that not only did he not fix the problem he created one, I told him "Robert" what the problem was which was my thermostat he did something eles then said my thermostat was fixed it was on 76 when i left home come back 3hus later it was reading 81 inside 62 oitside. Do not use them, customer service is horrible. The secretary that initially calls to set up the appointment is very rude. This company sends a message when they’re on their way but does not call you for clarification of the time but they just show up. They did not service my home but still had the audacity to mark the work order as complete and sent an invoice to my home warranty even though they never stepped foot into my house. Save your time and use someone else!
