Arrow Air is a disaster. Kept changing their minds about what repairs we needed done and the price of the repairs. Nearly 6 months after they came out to diagnose our HVAC unit and they still had not came back out to fix it. They also were extremely unprofessional and misleading. Karen was very rude. Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I’d stay away.
Called to schedule an appointment. Gave the company grace because she said that 25 units went out the night before and she would call me the following morning at the latest. Called when I heard nothing, said they could have someone come one on MONDAY…FOUR DAYS LATER. I put my request in on THURSDAY. IT IS JUNE. IT IS 90. I expressed my frustrations and did curse. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. No communication. You would think they were making the repair for free. Please save the headache and find someone else for repair. If assigned by home warranty see if the contract with any other provider. These people are horrible.
Do not use this company. One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with, not just in the heating and cooling business, but in any field.
This company deserves no stars from me. They were assigned from my home warranty after i was alerted that my carbon monoxide alarm had gone off. After submitting the request, I heard nothing. Finally after some time I reached out to them. Days later a tech finally came out. Needless, I advised him that my smoke detector alarmed me that it was a carbon monoxide alert.
