i had to come here for bloods and an ecg. i saw dr newton from camhs and she was so lovely and friendly, i felt comfortable at all times and she explained everything that was going on and how it would all feel. i am a very anxious person so this really put me at ease. really good experience!
Very kind & helpful practitioners just a shame about the location of the place, my son could attend a lot more activities here if it was more central, hard to get to without a car, very few bus routes go there & costs a fortune in a taxi, this really needs addressing.
I was in here about 9 years ago 2014 and i did not like it the staff were not very helpful they just did not do much to help me you see i have autism and adhd and they put me in this place they just gave me a sleeping tablet rather than address my problems some of the staff were not very polite and i spent about two weeks in here but i came out of here and i still had my issues it was not until years later i finally got the help i needed but i would not recommend this place did not help me one bit so i will give it two stars... read more
Staff rude and unhelpful. Service not fit for purpose in any way, shape or form. Totally useless
