Very poor service across the board. Purchased brand new trailer and the errors on trailer where not fixed before pickup and we don't live there so had to wait for it to get fixed (which they knew about during first viewing). Trade in was sketch dealing with them, they are horrible used car salesman, very unprofessional. Sliding in extra costs and trade in they go every angle possible to pay $10k less then what they list it for with no repairs needed a few days later. All I can say is be cautious
Traveling through, needed a hard to come by part. They spent the time to look through extra parts and part change out bins to find what I needed, pretty close to closing tim as well. Front desk guy and parts guy, huge shout out!

I do not recommend Arkann. We bought a motorhome from Arkann in Calgary a couple of years ago. One of the gate valves (or terminal valves) started leaking. We aren't sure which one, but it was leaking badly. When we opened the sewer cap, water came out even though both the gray and black tank valves were still closed. We had an appointment at 9:00 a.m., but they told us they couldn't look at it right away and that we would have to wait. We waited until 12:00 p.m., and then they told us we would have to wait until after lunch... read more
