I do not recommend Arkann. We bought a motorhome from Arkann in Calgary a couple of years ago. One of the gate valves (or terminal valves) started leaking. We aren't sure which one, but it was leaking badly. When we opened the sewer cap, water came out even though both the gray and black tank valves were still closed. We had an appointment at 9:00 a.m., but they told us they couldn't look at it right away and that we would have to wait. We waited until 12:00 p.m., and then they told us we would have to wait until after lunch... read more

Excellent customer service when identifying and finding a solution for a leak on the hot water system. The staff was very willing to work with me even though they do not service Airstream trailers. Very well trained maintenance crew and front office staff.
