the parking sucks. it’s actually horrendous trying to find a spot near anywhere.
Arrive has been a wonderful community for us: super friendly staff and neighbors. Our girls loved how dog friendly the compound has been. Particular shout outs to Brad and Adam and all the maintenance staff who have redefined responsiveness and helpfulness.
Me husband and I have loved living at Arrive the last 7 months! The location in North Bend is incredible and we love the accessibility to the trails. Arrive offers great amenities such as the pool and gym. Both the office and maintenance staff are incredible and very kind and always a joy to say hello to! We have lived here for a year now. The apartment we rented was spacious and clean! Management and maintenance are both incredibly helpful and quick to respond anytime we needed to reach out. Adam from maintenance was especially a huge help; any maintenance request we placed was completed within 24 hours.
