The leasing team was easy to talk to and extremely helpful. The showing was more then I expected. She also showed me the cute dog washing station, the park and told me about the extra fun they do for the residents around Christmas. I felt very informed of my move in costs as well some community guidelines were discussed. I left my viewing wanting to call Arrive my new home!
We love living at Arrive North Bend! We’ve been here for just over a year now. The scenery is beautiful. The town is quaint. Our neighbor is quiet - the dream situation in townhome living!! We love the amenities of the dog park, doggie spa, and secure parcel lockers (we have yet to use the others). We enjoyed working with Danielle when we first moved in - very kind and informative. We have had a great experience living at Arrive. The community is quiet, staff friendly, and grounds are kept super clean. Also maintenance requests are addressed quickly. Close proximity to plenty of mountain biking and hiking.
