this company does not take care of there patients needs or care for there testing supply and you should seek a different company regarding your supplies!

Very poor company to work with. You cannot understand the people. They promise you the moon and you receive nothing. Never know if there is a problem unless you call. It takes 3 weeks to get a shipment. They promise the problem will be taken care off and it never is. My doctor will not even talk to them for they are that bad

I recently changed Insurance providers and placed my order for my testing supplies two weeks ago. I have been waiting for my shipment for 9 business days and decided to call Arriva to find out when I could expect them. I was told that my Part B would not cover them and that it would have to go through my Prescription plan. I can't believe that no one from the company ever bothered to call me or inform that my insurance was not expected anymore. This company is bullshit, don't use them for your Diabetic Testing Supplies!!
