When you buy stuff from here becareful when you return. We just brought the faucet and return the next day they changed 25% restocking free not even has anything showing on the receipt or anyone told us when we buy I give one star for the worker she very nice not the owner.
Very bad service and wrong size was sent. I tried to get a discount on a shower glass that I bought but they do not give any discount. I have to take the shower glass back to them myself so that I can get a new one. This costs me time and money to do.
This review is for Fei, she has a the best customer service and was very patient and useful. When I came to that store I wasn't sure do I need this door, or something else. She helped me a lot. I think she deserve a raise :-) Ask Fei when you are in that store. You'll really like her. thank you
