**Update: unfortunately I cannot respond directly. Respectfully I have never demanded anything. When I first booked with you I read all your rules and regulations and planned accordingly. You once again had a scheduling issue and had to move me because you messed up with blocking the time out. Arri is the best nail technician in Memphis hands down. Her quality of work and products are amazing. My nails normally last 3 weeks or more and people still tell me how beautiful my nails are. If you book anything always book the Muva Slay because babe her freestyle and Imagination will amaze you. I’ve had wonderful experiences with getting my nails done at the coven. She’s very down to earth and A1 when it comes to nails. When I arrived I was in the chair at my designated time. I didn’t have to wait and that is so important to me when it comes to appointments. You will definitely love getting your nails done here.
