Such a bad customer service. I am shocked how bad they treat their customer. I place an order and suppose to receive it on may 11th. For some reason usps has a wrong zip code and wasn’t able to deliver it. I called ARRIS three times for this problem and at the end they told me we have to wait until we receive the modem back and we will ship it again. They expect me to stay without internet for over 10 days. I requested a cancellation they said the we have to receive the modem first. Today is the 23rd meaning 13 days already ... read more
