great ambiance We bought a new Chocolate Lab puppy. We had heard great things about this place from current "patients", and the building looks great. They have a nice grassy area with landscaping and flowers. It is a welcoming place, and everyone there is very nice. There is a waiting area with chairs, a child's corner, and scales to weigh your pet. They also have leashes to use while you're there in case you forget one. They usually have complimentary dog treats at the counter, too.
How anyone could give these folks anything less than five stars amazes me. I've been to the outer location several times, for both ER care and annual check ups. The doc's have always gone out of their way to answer questions and provide top notch care. It would be though if they had a location in the east end as the drive from Shelbyville is a bit long;)
