I had a very disappointing experience at the service department. I came in for a simple oil change and waited for about 20 minutes, but no one came out to assist me or even acknowledge my presence. There was no communication or sense of urgency, which made me feel completely ignored as a customer. Good customer service starts with basic attention, and unfortunately, that was missing here.
