I have purchased several vehicles from Arrigo over the years, but my recent experience was very disappointing. On March 2, I encountered rude behavior from a service department employee while picking up my truck. My truck has less than 21,000 miles and I’m already having issues with the speakers. I had it serviced last May when I brought it in. I showed them the problem about how it shorts out and how you have to put the fade on the speakers to see it. They called me and said they couldn’t find a problem afterwards.
