My wife brought her 2025 RAM 1500 in for a routine 20K service, which was supposed to include an oil change, tire rotation, a recall repair for the trailer controller module that we were told was about one hour of work, and a warranty concern with the steering wheel leather wrap coming loose that required a special order.
