No returns on a $90 sweater? I thought the quality was great, but it just didn’t fit me right despite the clerk’s assurances.
This store lives up to the English translation of their name: “risky.” Bought a sweater there. Salesperson assured me it could be returned. Didn’t like the way it fit. Promptly returned it and told by different clerk to look at the little sign on the glass: no returns, store credit only.

Beautiful on-trend clothing, fantastic customer service! My fav store in Vail!
I absolutely love this store and it's staff. I found it while visiting Vail in August. Since, they have sent items for me to Texas and replaced a shirt I bought in January with a hole in the sleeve. I will always make an effort to stop in and shop while visiting Colorado. I advise others do the same!
