I’ve been a member at Arri for a couple of years now and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The gym is clean, well-kept, and has a great atmosphere that makes it easy to stay motivated and focused on my workouts. Miguel at the front desk always provides excellent customer service. He greets me every time I come in, helps with any questions, and recently assisted me with renewing my membership quickly and smoothly. I won’t go into depth, but mental health journeys aren’t easy—and finding a supportive space matters. Arri and their staff are attentive, compassionate, and professional. The place is always very clean, and the environment feels safe and welcoming.

I would like to share the exceptional Pilates class I had today with Raquel. I was experiencing hip pain before starting her classes. Day after day, with her guidance, I no longer feel hip pain or heaviness in my legs. She is very attentive to our needs and always adjusts the exercises according to our ability to perform them! I hope to see more women experiencing her classes.
