I was a member at Arri Fitness for some time and always appreciated how clean and well-maintained the gym was. The environment was welcoming and the staff were consistently professional and helpful. When I needed to cancel due to relocating to Austin for a new job, the team went above and beyond by refunding me for a month I had accidentally paid and even waived the cancellation fee.
