Amazing how miscommunication can prevent a wonderful experience. Adam was professional, patient and honest in providing us outstanding service after a little mix up. I am grateful for his team and persistence in removing the gopher from my yard. Hasta la vista!.... Baby ;)
Gopher removal is NOT this company's specialty! Charged me $350 for "3 visits". They placed two tubes in my front yard, move them around twice and within two weeks told me, "sorry couldn't get it" , "would you like for us to try again for another $350?". Outstanding Company! Amazing people! Incredible communication! Those are just a few of the excellent characteristics of this company. I first contacted Adam with an urgent need. He immediately came to my home and diagnosed the problem and then he presented several recommendations. He even shared recommendations that I could do myself, instead of choosing to hire his company.
