We signed papers to get soar panels in September of 2019 was told we would have them by the end of October. We have called the company multiple times not able to speak with anyone and left several messages. STILL NOONE has called me back. This is the WORST company ever. Evidently they care NOTHING about their customers. The ones giving good ratings are probably good friends and family. I don't even see how they have a 3.8. First let me say that the review listed by "Vicki Stocker" was NOT written by her. That is my mother and after speaking to her and double checking, she said she would have never written a review or EVER given them 5 stars, maybe minus 5 stars. So that will tell you how dishonest this company is. Also, after getting installed, good luck getting ANY answers out of this company. This is a company that tell you anything to get you buy their product -true or not. The sales person provided a lot of false and misleading information also I defy you to get someone on the phone to speak t o THere is no such thing as customer service . Good luck with this company.

This company is the most horrible company I’ve ever worked with when they first make the initial appointment they sound great they promise you the world they promise you high percentages and everything but what is the worst sales tactic that they have and they get people in trouble is that when they come they asked you to run a credit check for you do not do it do not do it is not a credit check what they do they actually complete a credit application so even if you decide not to purchase the system they already have your cr... read more
