I'm passionate about supporting small local businesses, and set out to find a bike shop near my home, experienced with Harleys to keep my 2008 Road King on the road. I found Arrel Cycles via Google, spoke with Rob, the owner, about my ABS brakes issue, and he seemed to really know his stuff so I set an appointment. I was pleased how Rob addressed my concerns about his cost. My mistake for not knowing or even asking about the cost prior to dropping off my rim and tire to be changed. The tube stem was, as he showed me when I picked it up this morning, very corroded and therefore needed to be replaced (my bad for presuming motorcycles have tubeless tires). Rob was very knowledgeable abt both my motorcycle 🏍 , the brother did both my motorcycle within 3 days and it was done correctly. I was pleased with the conversation abt different riding skills I'm going to continue doing business with arrel cycle and I'm going to make sure tht my people's support.
