ON 5 MAY 2015, WE SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR ARREDONDO GROUP TO INSTALL 68 PIERS AND PAID FOR 68 PIERS, $58,403. THE WARRANTY DATED, 11 AUGUST 2015, STATED ONLY 64 PIERS WERE INSTALLED. I BELIEVE WE ARE DUE A REFUND OF $3,435 ($858 TIMES 4 PIERS), DUE TO 4 LESS PIERS INSTALLED. WE NEVER HAVE RECEIVED A REFUND CHECK AND LETTER EXPLAINING THE DIFFERENCE IN PIERS. TO DATE, 27 MARCH 2017, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A LETTER AND REFUND CHECK FOR $3,435.
