Update: I finally got info on where my children's eval reports were. Seems he hired an evaluator who had no clue on how to do the report and fired her. The report was worthless. He set me up with another psych eval and the evaluator screwed up the personal data on the eval per partners and everything was denied. Remember nothing had changed and my kids had already been approved this was for a renewal for respite care! I am giving two starts because I could not get to use the service to actually review it due to the process, and my rating is for the lack of follow up and difficulty to set an appointment. Originally I reached out for an appointment and was sent an intake packet. Due to the packet having scanned images you must either print and bring in or manually add textboxes to multiple sections and due to the size this is very time consuming compared to a fillable pdf document.
