Greystar and the owner should speed up the transition, how can the system be down for an entire month? You're telling me that you did not prepare for the change since BEFORE the change? Also everyone's packages from all floors were piled up in the corner of the room for HOURS, I came down 3 different times in the day looking for my packages which were said to be delivered in the morning, to discover many different piles of unorganized packages. I would never have been able to receive my package ever if I keep waiting for Lux... read more

I wish I could give zero—- Ever since Greystar took over this property, the quality has gone downhill. The original staff was replaced with a cheaper company, and it really shows. When Bozzuto was managing the place, everything was well-maintained and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. I wouldn’t recommend this location anymore.
