Had wonderful help tracking down a missing package. Jose Mejia, one of the concierges at Array at West Alex, spent a considerable amount of time with me tracking down a missing package. He was patient and pleasant, even though he had many other interruptions from other residents while he helped me. He handled all of us with equanimity and good cheer. His personal attention and warm personality make living here very pleasant.

My experience at Array West Alex has been great! The amenities are very nice, and the location is convenient and well-connected. The front desk staff, especially Jose, is always friendly and helpful — he really makes living here even better. Overall, it’s a great community and I highly recommend it!
I recently moved to this beutiful apartment, so far all my experience from day one has been great! The apartment is very clean, spacious space, great amenity and wonderful staff. I would like to appreciate Jose Mejia for his kindness and professionalism. When I had trouble with my door lock Jose got maintenance personeal right away, he even lend me a helping hand when I pickup a new furniture. It is a blessing to have kind people working in the community that makes you feel home.
