Went to the Array at west Alex and I can say the office team members and maintenance staff are awesome and very attentive. They have a lot of different amenities that are nice well kept. They have a lot of events for tenants so that neighbors can interact with each other. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay
UPDATE: Just hit 6 months as a resident so I thought I'd give an updated review. Living here has been pretty great so far. The staff is solid, the building is up-kept very well and maintenance needs are handled in a timely fashion. My only gripe is the sound dampening. I can literally hear my neighbors every footstep and intimate encounters. I don't find it fair to make noise complaints because it is an architectural flaw so I usually just tune it out with my television (when needed). Outside of that I love it here. You can ... read more

Thin ceiling and side walls. Can constantly hear the above neighbors stomping around and I can constantly hear my side neighbor’s dogs barking for long periods of time. Submitting multiple noise complaints have not solved my issue as management have simply stopped responding. Additionally, the courtyard has decreased in cleanliness throughout my leasing experience here.
