Never nice to give a low review but worth being honest about my experience. I ordered flowers online and received notification they had been delivered to the intended address, however the recipient never actually received the flowers. After no responses to my emails I called the store who advised they would look into it promptly and get back to me. Over a week later I had not heard anything so called again and was advised they had forgotten about my call and could only offer a store credit rather than the refund I requested.... read more

I ordered flowers to be sent to my daughter in Sale hospital I asked for bright colours and $70 to $80 dollars in cost. My daughter sent a photo of the floers they were th worst flowers I have ever seen the green leaves were chewed on by snails or some insects the flower looked half dead . My daughter is so sick and she receives these dreaful flowers . I have never been so disappointed. Never again you are nothing but rip off people .

This place is the best.🥰🥰🥰 I walked in after closing hrs, the day before mother's Day and asked if they could help me with 2 mother's Day arrangements last minute. Without hesitation theses ladies said "YES!"😇🥳 but could only make them up from what flowers they had left after they finished the orders already put in earlier and they would be ready for pick up after 12 pm the next day (on mother's Day when every other florist shut early) The flowers were absolute amazing and so beautifully fresh with a lovely full fragran... read more

Thanks so so much to the great team at arrangements w Flair. We have sent a few bunches of their flowers to the hospital during COVID to friends that have had babies/operations etc... They have always done an amazing job. Each bunch has been slightly different but none the less beautiful. Its so easy to order on their website too! Thank you!!
