We understand the trips are great, but front end relationship is pretty rocky. My wife was diagnosed with cancer five days after making our reservation - but five months before the trip. At first, AAA tried to refund only part of our deposit, but their policy states cancellation over 120 days before trip is 100% refundable and they agreed. However, they then reduced our deposit refund by $700 ($350 per person) because we cancelled.
