We hired Essen for floral + day-of-coordination, and the way Hailey brought our vision to life through the reception design and florals was truly magic! She's incredibly organized, proactive, and thorough in the details: everything you want in a planner. We won't forget having a moment to walk through the dinner space alone after the room flip, taking in the beautiful way that Hailey made our ideas go from paper to venue. Ali assisted Hailey on our wedding day, and they were both so lovely to have there!
The sign of a good wedding planner is that things appear to go smoothly despite any minor hiccups. The sign of a great one is the adaptability to make things go smoothly when faced with obvious challenging circumstances. Essen is great by definition. We hired Essen for floral and partial planning package, and it was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. Hailey was essential in helping bring the vision and design of the day to life, and her florals were JAW-DROPPING. She helped connect us to other great vendors as well. Five stars isn’t even enough, Hailey and her team deserve 10 stars! A wedding day is such a unique, chaotic, stressful and amazing day. I could have never fully prepared for how busy and insane it was - and I don’t think it would have been half as smooth if we didn’t have the Essen team there! Hailey and her team helped not only with tactical and executional stuff, but was also helped us to stay relaxed and stay on track with the overall schedule of the day. Highly, highly recommend Essen!
