We hired Essen for floral + day-of-coordination, and the way Hailey brought our vision to life through the reception design and florals was truly magic! She's incredibly organized, proactive, and thorough in the details: everything you want in a planner. We won't forget having a moment to walk through the dinner space alone after the room flip, taking in the beautiful way that Hailey made our ideas go from paper to venue. The sign of a good wedding planner is that things appear to go smoothly despite any minor hiccups. The sign of a great one is the adaptability to make things go smoothly when faced with obvious challenging circumstances. Essen is great by definition.
