I started my weight loss journey with Dr. S 2 1/2 years ago. I had a lot of medical issues chronic back pain, type 2 diabetes (of which I took 4 meds) and was headed for insulin. I have lost 165 lbs, I now have no back pain, and I’ve reversed my diabetes. Change takes time. The most important thing is Education. Small steps to get your overall change.
