Dr Patel is such an amazing Doctor who takes time to listen to his patients and explain all the details with them. Widad and I would also like to give a shout out to Kara and Mikal for being so helpful. Very nice and professional staff. Widad said a 5 star service for sure. Thank you.
Great doctor, takes his time to explain
I scheduled my appointment 3 months ago. They told me the date was on a Thursday but scheduled me for a Tuesday. They didn't call to remind me of the appointment. When I asked to reschedule, they told me they were no longer accepting commercial insurance and that I would have to find a new doctor through my insurance. I'm grateful that I'm in excellent health or I'd be very upset about waiting 3 months to see a doctor only to be turned away. Dr Patel is excellent! Very knowledgeable and caring.
My pcp is very knowledgeable and the best Dr and he's the youngest Dr I've had in my life. Keep him on your payroll and give him and his nurse practitioner Wendy a raise. They go above and beyond!!!! Awesome quality service Gloria Whittingham
