I had an excellent experience with Dr. Arpi Hambarchyan From the very beginning, they were professional, attentive, and truly caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The office staff was also welcoming and efficient, which made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. I feel confident knowing I’m in such capable hands and would highly recommend Dr. Hambarchyan to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate physician.
Wow under staffed and unqualified is maybe why you have such bad reviews. Maybe an office manager that can actually speak English would help?
The doctor is absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, caring, and professional. However, the front desk is a major letdown. They regularly put you on hold for 30 minutes, make incorrect or even nonexistent appointments, and often promise a call from the doctor that never comes. It’s really frustrating when the doctor is great but the staff makes it so hard to get proper care.
Dr. Arpi Hambarchyan is a great doctor. She's been my primary physician for years and she's always taken care of me. She's compassionate and thorough and I never feel rushed. I also never have any issues getting referrals to see specialists nor treatments that I need. I'm very happy with her and hope to keep her as my physician for years to come.
