You will not find a better solar installer than ARP. They have installed 2 systems for me and their installation and customer service cannot be beat. I have dealt with many different contractors at my home, and I have to say the experiences have been 50/50, good vs. bad. ARP provides the absolute best consumer experience. Their prices are very fair, they do what they say they will do, and doit when they say they will, and their installations are impeccable.

Last week I was one of the 300,000+ electrical customers in Ohio whose connection to the utility grid went down for multiple days as a result of a multi-tornado-plus-"macroburst" storm. The folks at ARP Solar are top notch. From the first contact with the sales person to the clean up after the installation, they were fantastic. We found the installation crew to be very conscientious and meticulous with their work. They were very responsive and knowledgeable in answering our questions. To top it all off, everyone we have spoken with at ARP has been friendly and upbeat. I feel like we made new friends. After the installation we were excited to see our electric meter running backwards!

The ARP team did a superb job installing a system designed by others (i.e., a disadvantage). The system, including ground mount panels, batteries and controls, is working very well. Their knowledgeable, hardworking crew were a pleasure to work with.
