DO NOT RECOMMEND: poor leadership and communication of people that work for this company. the representative Should learn how to respect people and others. If i had someone work like that for my company and i found out they were treating people with disrespect like that in a public standpoint i would immediately fire them especially with wearing ARP gear and driving a ARP Company TRUCK.

My system was installed (incorrectly) on April 28 &29, 2025, months after the initially agreed upon date of November 2 &3, 2024, it took another two months to get the installation corrected on July 3, 2025, then the system failed on or before November 1, 2025 and six weeks later ARP has failed to return some calls and after finally scheduling and then cancelling service calls at the last minute, still hasn't fixed the problem.

You will not find a better solar installer than ARP. They have installed 2 systems for me and their installation and customer service cannot be beat. I have dealt with many different contractors at my home, and I have to say the experiences have been 50/50, good vs. bad. ARP provides the absolute best consumer experience. Their prices are very fair, they do what they say they will do, and doit when they say they will, and their installations are impeccable.
