I made a large purchase from this store including two heavy toilets and two large mirrors. It was very disappointed with the way I was treated at the warehouse during pickup. While one of the warehouse managers was extremely friendly and helpful to the non-Asian customer before me—personally assisting and loading their items into the vehicle—my experience was completely different.
