Lenn was fantastic! He was able to understand the issue I had over the phone. He showed up when he said he was going to, and he was cheerful and knowledgeable, and he addressed unsafe deficiencies from the original installation by another company. The cost was reasonable too. Great experience. Showed up within 30 minute of calling. Located locally in Ladner which is great. Pricing was the best. Replaced broken spring (which apparently happens every 10,000 - 12,000 openings) have tips on maintenance and made some adjustments to make the door run smoother all included in the replace springs price. Would recommend!
