I wish I could leave a higher review. I am from spokane and I made arrangements for Charles to work on my cousins subaru in New York. He worked with me with what I wanted done provided options awnsered all my questions and was super courteous and knowledgeable. On top of all that his prices were SUPER fair almost too good to be true. If I had to say I'm pretty sure his prices are that way because Charles has subarus down to a T and can do them in his sleep. Charles is great and won't do you wrong. I've been in the area for a travel assignment and am getting ready for my drive back to Ohio. I noticed some slop in the suspension and needed a new cv axle. Charles went above and beyond to get my Legacy in good shape for the drive on short notice, even working after hours. He did the job quickly and at a very fair price. Do not hesitate to take your subaru to him. He will treat you well and work with your schedule. Thank you again Charles!
