Avod using their service. April 11: Chris cleaned the drain but did not use a camera inspection, claiming the job was done. May 26: The pipe blocked again in less than 1.5 months. Chris returned (with a discount), used a camera, and claimed all roots were cleared. June 5: Just one week later, I hired another plumber for a camera inspection. They found a large amount of roots remaining (>50% blockage) in the later section of the drain. Chris was great from the start. He communicated what time he would be arriving and was very helpful. Even though he wasn't able to fix our issue, he clearly explained next best steps to take as we live in a more recently built house. Pricing was very fair too.
