Incredible experience from beginning to end. Working with this professional plumbing service was a joy and highly professional. A call was made to ask if our plumber, Kyle, could come earlier, which was extremely convenient. Kyle arrived prepared for the task, wearing a mask and conducting himself professionally. I required a wax ring replacement for a toilet in a tight bathroom space in Great Neck where I found myself unable to perform the task. Dustin, the plumber, handled the job with utmost professionalism and swiftly completed the task at a fair price. It's a rare occasion to find satisfaction in both the service and the cost when dealing with plumbers, but this was indeed one of those instances. I wholeheartedly endorse their services and will not hesitate to call upon them again should the need arise.

Fantastic service! The pricing at Weston & Sons Plumbing & Water Heaters is reasonable and they don't bill by the hour like many plumbers! Stanley was swift, effective, and well-versed in resolving the plumbing issue I had. It was a pleasant experience from scheduling the appointment to meeting Stanley. They are the top plumbers in Great Neck.

These fellas are fantastic! Kyle and Dustin are considerate and proficient plumbers.
