Rob Martinez is a great person who is passionate about assisting people in the community with plumbing needs. He was amazing with servicing our bathroom sink, which flooded our entire house. He even went the extra mile to climb into it ceiling crawl space when noticing it ceiling was wet, due to a separate incident.
Nathan was great. He came out the next day to find the cause of the leak and, although it was not something they could take care of, I was quickly directed to the proper people to stop the water from causing more damage.
I can’t express how amazing this company is. I came home to a water leak and this company was recommended by a flood company I used for drying everything out. Rob was very thorough, explained the process to me and was very kind. It’s a horrible feeling coming home to something like that but I felt very reassured after their services. I highly recommend them!
Above and Beyond Service! Rob drove 3+ hours from the Valley to our property (small town livin) for a flooding emergency during a holiday weekend. He was able to access the problem, connect us with a plumber the same day to get everything resolved, and assist me through the process with our home owners insurance! Highly recommend!!!
