Around Austin was amazing to work with. We used them for our wedding guests' transportation. They were organized, responsive, and punctual. The busses were very nice and clean. The drivers were friendly and professional. Our guests loved them! We would highly recommend them to others and would use them again for other big events in the future!
My daughter had a wedding at Barr Mansion with transportation taking guests from downtown Austin hotels to the venue and back to the hotels at the end of the evening. One of the buses had a terrible mishap while in route to Austin. The driver was ok, but the bus was damaged. At the last minute, a substitute bus was ordered to pick up a large group and transfer them to the venue. We booked shuttles for our wedding with Penny at Around Austin for our wedding. She was prompt, thorough, and patient, and the shuttles were great. Would recommend!
We used Around Austin for my daughter's wedding, and couldn't have been happier with the service. The bus was on time and clean, the driver was helpful, and most of all, the advice and responsiveness from Penny and David during the planning process was an enormous help, and much appreciated! I'm from out of town so I worried about every vendor choice since I didn't know them, but there is absolutely nothing to worry about with Around Austin. They get the job done perfectly!

Penny was great and made the entire process seamless and easy. We would absolutely recommend to anyone, especially those looking for wedding transporation services.
