It's hard living far from family when your loved one needs care. Arosa does a great job of communicating with my family with how my grandma is doing and we really appreciate that. They really do care, we message them on an evening and a weekend and always get a reply, not to mention the caregivers have been phenomenal!

Theresa is my new Care Manager, she is extremely dedicated to my health, safety and needs. Theresa goes over and beyond to advocate for me. She assisted me to my recent Dr visit and reminded me to ask questions that I may have forgotten. Becoming a patient at my age has been difficult to process, I also do not have family here ( except my husband) and as willing as he is to help, unfortunately he doesn’t even notice a difference to my hair after leaving the salon 😂 so I realized I needed professional help. We turned to Arosa in an emergency situation and they came through without missing a beat. Finding quality care on short notice is stressful but they made the process as smooth as possible and the caregiver they sent was warm, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. In a moment where we needed reliability the most, Arosa delivered. So grateful we found them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of trustworthy care.

We had a really good experience with this company, and still do. They look after their caregivers. The team is incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people they’re helping. You can tell they go the extra mile to make sure everything feels seamless and supportive, which makes such a difference for families
