Arosa provides top quality care. I am the adult child of two parents that use(d) their services. I live out of state, and the geriatric care management they provide gives me peace of mind that my father is well cared for. They are responsive in a timely manner, go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure coverage, and provide respectful care for my loved ones. This company has gone downhill and that is why so many caregivers have left. The benefits are poor to none. They mostly have 4 hour cases and the "policy" is that even though the client is contracted for 4 hours, and that client dismisses the caregiver earlier, then the 4 hours an outside family member that wasn't there can say they don't want to pay you for the 4 hours. The care manager will say anything to get these cases, but they never clarify to the client that if they dismiss the caregiver earlier they are still liable... read more

My brother has dimential and is in the capable care of Arosa Caregivers Ronke and Lillian who manage of his many needs 24/7. I did a lot of reseach before chosing Arosa. They have lived up to my expectations fully. From the direct conscientious work by the two caregivers to the follow up reviews by supervisors at my brothers home I never worry about him.
