I see why they have 5 stars. It was fine that they made a mistake and didn’t have my first appointment recorded, because of how kindly Melissa at the front desk apologized and rescheduled me for the next morning. It was worth coming back - Elie (pronounced Alee) was super friendly, has a great smile and did a fabulous job with my consultation and laser hair removal treatment. I went in for a Brazilian hair removal and had a great experience. Ellie was great! she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything clearly throughout the process. The place was very clean and professional. I would definitely recommend!
I went in to get laser done on a medium area. I was greeted by the front desk receptionist, Carolyn who is always warm and welcoming. The laser technician, Elie is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She put my anxieties at rest and made the process as painless as possible (it is a laser zapping you so there will be a bit of pain ) I am coming up on my 5th out of 6 appointment and I have to say I am extremely pleased with my results. I can finally say goodbye to the razor and hairbumps! :D
