Elizabeth was nice , but very poor at mediation, she was very biased , only offered a few solutions. I was ridiculed for wanting transparency in major decision making but not wanting to give transparency in day to day decisions. I thought she was great. I wouldn't say she was biased but definitely gave her opinion. with my situation, if we had a neutral mediator we would have made absolutely zero progress. Her leaning to one side or the other is what it takes to keep moving in a forward direction. I appreciate her MO and disagree with all low ratings.
