The process was so easy. Me and my husband got a new bed mattress. We applied online. Got approved. We've been through this company a couple times. Customer service was amazing. The delivery guy absolutely very sweet and really tiny but super strong, polite. Didn't mind my little pocket pit wanting to eat him. The other dogs were locked in the garage. Thank you so much for making everything so easy! The bed is extremely comfy
