they need to learn you don't come to a customers house and pound on the dam window in the door so hard for 15 minutes and crack it then leave pulling out like a maniac I had stuff from them they lied said was new and isn't they brought me a dryer and scratched and banged it all up I have a fire place that don't work they wont repair they lie about what you owe them I wouldn't send my dog to them and im talking about the one in Dunkirk ny they also have a few rude employees that need a attitude reality check .
