Do yourself a big favor and do not come to this office! This is by far the worst medical office that I have ever visited in my life, starting with both receptionist. It is past 9:00am and nobody answers the phone, so the call gets transferred to an answering service. This happens anytime you call. The last time I was there, one of the receptionists, the one with the chinese tattoos around her neck put me on hold while I was trying to talk to her so she could take care of her personal phone call, right in front of me and then... read more
Staff always polite and quick in/out to see NP Hammond.
I've been going to Palm Harbor Medical Associates for a couple of years now and they are the best. Dr. Cordero is very nice and understanding. I've had tremendous tragedy this year and she's always listened and giving me advice on healing. She's a very thorough doctor and I feel very cared for. Great office staff as well.
Patient BEWARE!!! Office is inefficiently operated. No return calls. Unable to refill prescriptions, failure to provide necessary specialist referrals, and rude. Mandatory medical appointments must be scheduled; regardless of recent appointment in order to request prescription refill; however, Doctor states only Specialist can refill prescription. The next day, Nurse Laura calls, stating she will call the medication needed for rheumatology prescription into the pharmacy on file despite claiming I don't need to see a Rheumato... read more
